"Went through the drive through today about 830 this morning and the lady taking our order was extremely pushy and condescending. She also was very rude when we were paying at the first window. Wasn't patient with us even though we were pretty quick to order."

I noticed at the Wendy's on state street, even though our order was hard to comprehend, Mike took our order and after like it was no big deal. He handled everything with ease and very polite. "This rating takes into consideration that this IS a fast food chain. Spicy chicken sandwich is the best of the FFC's and the chili is one I would put along side the big steak house restaurants."

"This place needs needs help. I was just in there with my boyfriend waiting to place my order in store. We waiting almost 10mins and they looked at us several times. Not once did anyone say "be with you in a minute" literally looked at us a few times and didn't acknowledge us not once. Your Kurt Cobain look a like looked when my boyfriend said "let's go to Steetz" and still nothing. No care in the world. Here's a tip....stop worrying about all your door dash orders and take care of your customers who are there 1st. Really a disappointment....you definitely need some new employees. You all need some employees a little older who know how to run a store. It just looked like a bunch a clueless people."
