"It’s 12-19-23 I’ve waited for my food for over 30mins with multiple people waiting for food. I’ve asked how much longer and they said it will be out shortly with by then it’s almost 40mins it’s ridiculous how poor the service was. I was ready to go back and do it myself. Just to feed all the other customers in the building with wasn’t many!!! Very disappointed in the experience in the hermitage PA long John silvers! Hope cooperation will read these to help fix the problem. Candice was manager and no where to be found."

"The girls working were amazing; friendly and helpful! They were cleaning up with less than an hour left and still got us what we wanted, and we didn't have to wait long. Food was great, too!"

"The food was really good for fast food if you like fried food. I would choose LJS over Macs every time. We were the only ones in the place at the time, so the server/order taker had time to have a lengthy friendly convo with us, which was really cool. It just added to the experience. It's pretty hard for a fast food place to earn 5 stars, but the fantastic service in an empty restaurant did it for me."

"Been a long time since I have visited a Long John Silver's. The portions size and price now, do not match up well. The drive through was closed for remodeling, which I am sure will drive prices even higher. The one in hermitage pa I visited, was at least clean. My self-serve experience is not at all what I am looking for if I have to come inside. I hope they remodel more than just the decor. If people come inside a waiter or waitress will be a welcomed back addition."
