"Just seems like there is always something wrong here. Items missing from an order, out of something or other and lately 3 out of 4 attempts the frozen Baja blast is on defrost. Why would that be set to defrost in the middle of dinner hour. I go here for my grandkids, not really my preference. Just seems inexplicable that they can get things wrong so often. The other side of town while much slower doesn’t seem to have stock issues and can’t remember the last time something was wrong. Simply frustrating!"

"Being the only drivethru car I figured no preasure is better food. Instead I got 2 tacos no lettuce. Except they Beth had lettuce. And it felt rushed like they just didn't wanna be there. I have worked at tacobell so I know what it's like and that's just lazy. Just a clue to why I'm upset. It not that there was lettuce cause it happens alot more than it should. But this was mixed into the meat and that only happens when it already in the meat tin before hitting a shell."

"This place is the worst. Few times I ordered the spicy potato soft tacos (which i love), and I get 3 tiny potatoes inside that are as hard as a rock. How does anyone think that is ok??!! Workers don't care at all. It is a waste of money. Zero stars!!"

"Let thy Taco Gods floweth with cheesiness! Expert craftmanship on the Beefy Melt Burritos. Happy Hour drinks are the way to go! And now for the update… Edit June 2023: The craftsmanship has diminished in quality and quantity overall IMMENSELY. They prioritize drive thru over inshop so if you’re planning on eating in go to the one over by Crown Center instead. Nothing really positive to say about this location anymore. I wish I could be positive but I can’t. I get it’s fast food, but when the people working the drive thru LAUGH at you, LAUGH AT YOUR ATTIRE, and don’t take their jobs seriously, it’s a shitshow. It’s the blind leading the blind. #BringBackBrusters"

"I want to acknowledge that this Taco Bell is wonderful during the day. When we come in the evening, however, the food and service aren’t great, and I don’t see us ordering again in the evening at this location. Literally no one wants to eat a quesadilla with cold cheese in it."
