"Giving a two star because I specifically put a note on the order to have my sub and deli meats toasted. Nothing was toasted in anyway. I’m pregnant therefore uncooked deli meats pose a risk. Also didn’t get the bag of chips that I ordered. Disappointing."

"The subs are always good!! but when the people making them have terrible personalities, it just doesn't taste as good... Even worse when someone has to make an appointment because they can't have anything spicy because of ulcers and now they're in pain.... and the employees just toss things around all sloppy then you end up with jalapenos and onions in your sub and after seeing one put on it and asking it to be removed they look at you with an attitude like you didn't ask them to do it right in the first place. Then they won't break 100.... Which I understand. Sometimes that happens. And they send you to a store confirming that you won't have to make a purchase there because it didn't happen the day before. Then that store manager gets mad at you... So you let subway employees know so that they won't send people there anymore and they give you a dirty look... Well after that your sub just isn't the same anymore... Well.. Hey!!! At least they told me to have a good day."
