"Dishonest, misleading, and practice poor business ethics. Changed my policy numerous times and automatically renewed with drastic price increases without my knowledge yearly. Started with Erie Insurance but was dropped within the first year because of issues from the accessor that weren't even problems on my actual property. Put on a second rate company instead. Then sometime within the last months. Automatically renewed my policy AGAIN without my consent and knowledge this time with a 40% price increase. Tried all summer to get someone on the phone to explain themselves to no luck. When I finally took the time to physically go into the location was given the run around and told the "system was down" and they wouldn't be able to assist me. Absolutely ridiculous what I am being forced to automatically pay monthly now with ZERO explanation from my insurance rep. My homeowners insurance is now 3x the cost of neighbors with similar and even larger homes and property. Tread cautiously with these folks. They seemed nice at first and came highly recommended but my experience has drastically changed my opinion."
