"Dropped by the Lexington Park CPFCU just to get 2 rolls of quarters. First, what happened to the inside? "Teller Pods"? I just wanted to get in line to have my transaction completed. Unfortunately, there is no real place to get in line. Think I'm joking? Take a look yourself! So I stood near the only "teller pod" with tellers and waited for over 10 minutes while only 2 customers completed complex transactions with one teller leaving frequently to take care of drive through customers. Then, when I finally got to the "pod" I waited and waited while the teller clicked enough keys on her computer to write a novel and said "I'll be right back". After first going one way and waiting, and then going the opposite way with another employee and finally returning to the pod, I got my 2 precious rolls of quarters. Total time spent to get my 2 rolls of quarters, TWENTY minutes. Good job CPFCU."
