"I'm greeted with a smile by two professional, kind, caring ladies. Alana and Deanna. Today was no different. A few weeks ago, I had to come into the office to fill out release forms. They emailed my X-rays without complaining. They are always So helpful!! Everything they do is with ease, not effort!! Not knowing of my fear of dentistry, they make me feel so comfortable with there demeanor!! Absolute Awesome Customer Service they process and again, everything that came along in the job description working at Horsham dental, Alana and Deanna surpasses and then some!! She acknowledged my anxiety and was constantly checking to make sure I was comfortable and asking if I needed breaks while being very open and honest about what she was doing.
