"It was my first time there. Literally the worst dentist office I’ve ever been to. The front desk employee was very unprofessional. I will give credit to the person who did my x-ray as I was on the chair, she was very nice; But that’s literally it. The female doctor was very very very unprofessional and rude. I was speaking with her and in the middle of our conversation (which was very unprofessional) she walked away and totally ignored me. I walked out and didn’t do anything there because I was really bothered by how rude and unprofessional the place is."

"I came in for my first visit. First the assistant forced the X-ray machine down my throat then the dentist drilled into my tooth and broke my tooth. They are very unprofessional and they do very bad work. The facility is old and needs to be updated. The staff is inexperienced. The dentist on the picture is not the dentist performing the work . Do not use this facility if you want to keep your teeth"

"The worst dentist in south Philadelphia. I called made an appointment, they scheduled it, confirmed it, the sent me a text reminder, and called me the day or so before and when I got there with my daughter they told me I was wrong and that my appointment was earlier in the day and they couldn’t see my daughter because they were closing! They held that as a “missed” appointment & against me even though it was their fault they didn’t remember they scheduled me for that day and time! They charge you a fee for no show appointments but also count it as a strike if you reschedule an appointment! Just know if you go there YOU CAN NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES RESCHEDULE OR CANCEL AN APPOINTMENT, if they say you are wrong about a time and a day then YOU ARE WRONG! Also I had a few procedures done and paid my co-pay based on their paperwork they then called me a few months later saying I have over a $200 balance because they estimated my co-pay wrong and wanted me to pay the difference! They have horrible phone manners and I’m beyond fed up with them! Today was the last straw I pulled my baby from this dentist! I called to reschedule her emergency appointment because it was too far out and a day her dad works and the person on the phone was so mad she told me that if I rescheduled again (remember the first mishap was their scheduling mistake) that my daughter would only be seen as a walk in and not as a scheduled patient! They act as if they are the only dentist around and I will never return here!"
