"Dental Solutions can only perform basic, easy, uncomplicated procedures. Go somewhere else if you need crowns, veneers, bonding or any service that requires skill or precision. Dental Solutions is a chain store of dental mills. It’s obvious they can only give each patient up to 10-15 minutes of their time regardless of the seriousness of the procedure. This place is a 'money grabbing' production line. Unskilled, lazy and unprofessional from top to bottom. Sometimes they send their patients surveys. When you check the box that says you would like a manager to call, nobody ever contacts you. They deserve a zero star rating. Update: to the dental office comments...your comments were anonymous as well. You sent me surveys by email. My completed surveys emailed to you were NOT anonymous and you never contacted me."
