"Since switching to Dentist on the Square I have always had a great experience. Their providers and hygienists are amazing. However, the front desk staff seems miserable! On multiple occasions they have been very cold and honestly rude. As they are the first thing patients see and experience I find this very troublesome as it starts the visit off on the wrong foot."

"I recently visited Dr. Sweeney for a dental check-up after experiencing some sensitivity and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I walked in I felt at ease. "Scheduling is fairly easy, and the visits are overall pleasant. However, the fillings Dr. Sweeney performed on my left and right molars have given me quite some trouble. One of the fillings placed by a reconstruction specialist presented with significant sensitivity postop and popped out within 48 hours, which had to be replaced. The other fillings have led to food trapping, chronic cold sensitivity 6 months after the procedure, and have popped out 6 months after the initial filling. ' When I brought up these issues about food trapping and cold sensitivity to Dr. Sweeney, she told me "that's what sometimes happens after fillings," and I felt she was trying to rush through my questions to get to replacing the filling. Furthermore, she thought that one of the shadows under a preexisting filling was likely benign, but it ended up being a cavity. The replacement filling was delayed for 6 months, and my cavity grew over that time period. Overall, I was given the impression that my cavities were relatively shallow, and I was asymptomatic previously but the procedures here have left me with chronic issues including sensitivity and food trapping."
