"Went to these people six months ago the dentist did a great job. But when it come to brass tax and insurance this place is sloppy. The lady behind the desk didn’t even ask if I had insurance before I left and was about to hit me with a bill straight up. I told her I had an individual delta delta dental New Jersey plan. So she filed it under a Delta dental employment plan where she didn’t hear back she sent me the bill a couple months later I reached out to her and told her what was wrong she was still contacting the wrong individuals so she tried to reach out to the same people again three times via fax and she didn’t hear anything back she just left it and sent me the bill again. I had to physically go in there on a three-way call with my dental insurance company to fix this. If I don’t get any resolve this review is going down to a one star and it’s staying up forever. I don’t understand how your a major dentist and you’ve never dealt with Delta denta New Jersey personal PREMIUM plans. I understand people make mistakes but when someone has to come back for the third time to get it right especially something that can effect your credit you have to wonder is it really worth going here. Are future transaction all going to go like this? I’ve never gone to a dentist where they didn’t know how to get paid from a major insurance company. Sends three faxes to the wrong number “ we’ll we tried no need to call the insurance company , faxes are the way of the future “."

"Both dentists, all hygienists and office staff are great. They are great with making appointments quickly and even emergencies. The office is clean and modern, easy to reach, plenty of parking. I have had fillings, crowns, cleanings, and extractions, all painless, and done efficiently. Highly recommend this office."
