"I requested repairs to my chipped front teeth. Dr Laila work in this area is horrendous. The teeth are NOW poorly shaped (one is protruding, and the other is going in the opposite direction. The color I requested (A1) was not provided. Instead, she applied B1 bonding, which is noticeably different. One tooth is shorter than the other. I returned to her office asking her to fix the work, and she gave me the impression that she would repair the teeth after my cleaning. At which time her only solution was to shorten my tooth to make it the same size as the tooth that was too short! I declined that offer. As I stated, one tooth is shorter, and then it needs to be. After more than a year in braces, my teeth are crooked, one is shorter than the other, and the color is all wrong! I must add that my bite is now off. Again, I visited the American Family Dental after getting my braces removed. My teeth were perfectly straight, and now they are not. The smile I had is gone, replaced with one, I am ashamed of. worse experience, EVER!"

"Worst dentist I’ve ever been to. I made my appointment weeks in advance, I show up to my appointment and they say they don’t take my insurance and tell me to leave despite having them on my insurance card as my PCD. I confirmed with my insurance company multiple times that they do in fact take my insurance weeks in advance. They are notorious for canceling patient appointments as they tried sending another patient home after canceling her appointment while she was in the office when I was there. What a joke!"

"DO NOT RECOMMEND! I am CONVINCED all their 5 star reviews were paid for. I had an appointment for a cleaning and Dr Priyanka was NOT friendly AT ALL. She didn’t care to hear about my concerns and brushed off some minor pain I was having with my teeth. ALSO I was shocked - I went in for a teeth cleaning yet they didn’t care to use floss??? The entire process was rushed. Dr. Priyanka was not gentle with her instruments they were digging into the underside of my tongue creating cuts. HONESTLY the worst experience I’ve had in a doctors office. To top it all off the office is dirty. You can see black dust on the blinds and hairs in the spit trays next to the patients chairs. The ONLY good thing I can say about this office is that the ladies at the front desk and the ladies who helped with my X-rays were very kind."

"First time at this office and I was a little irritable due to the uncomfortable feeling I was having with my tooth. The staff made me feel better while still being professional. The dentist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing to me Belford she did it and everything that I need done. I recommend this office as I will return there myself."
