"Donohoe glued a broken crown onto my tooth calling it a veneer. This is unacceptable. The man literally glued garbage into my mouth. It came off days later Christmas Day in front of others. His one staff member was incredibly rude to me. As we argued, because she called me a "bother" Donohoe was right there and he walked off. I could not believe that man just walked off allowing his staff member to mouth off to me. As she walked away she called me a one syllable word which likely started with "b" or "c". They refused to get me a quote on dental work a month later. I had no intention of ever using them again but they did say they'd follow through on a quote. I had to call my bank to be refunded as it's fraud and theft to take money and not render services. But this is exactly what this practice did as I never received my bleaching trays in the mail over a month later. He did not address the dentin exposed on my front tooth properly. I talked extensively with his staff about bleaching trays and they were going to have me walk out of there without bleaching trays. 4 hours round trip for this abusive behavior from his staff as he walks away and then rips me off financially. Unacceptable and cowardice on his part."

It's an ordeal for us to get anywhere, with walkers and the general challenges they face as older adults. I couldn't believe my eyes when we parked and started to get out of the car -- the staff had been watching for us to pull up, and had the door open, ready to help. A gesture of kindness like that goes such a long way. It made my day, and made my parents feel cared for and welcomed."
