"As many others have stated, this place is run by the most incompetent and rude people I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Conveniently they also have the most ancient and incompetent website I have ever used to go along with the awful staff. I have used calculators back in elementary school in the 80's with better functionality. I truly feel for anyone that has to deal with this deplorable place."

"Got one bill in the mail that’s ending 12/31/23 but already has a penalty fee on it. I never received any other communication and it doesn’t appear in our online portal with them. Feeling corner since I got it right before the holidays/closed offices and says that only more penalty fees will be added if my credit card/check isn’t processed by 11/30/23. Based off other horrible reviews and similar situations, I felt backed into a corner to pay this “late” bill online as soon as possible (have another $8 fee to pay online). Have never felt so confused and clueless to what a bill is for, where it came from, and how I’m already late on it when it’s the first I’m hearing about. Extremely disappointed and frustrated. Will call tomorrow when open and revise my review based on my service Update on my review since I was able to call in (finally after the holidays and weekend): the lady at the McMurray office was very nice and helped me understand the issue. Updating my review to be 2 stars thanks to her being kind, but I cannot review any higher based on the system they use. A lot falls on the customer to keep track of, online portal doesn’t show every bill issued, bills are emailed and can sometimes go to spam/aren’t listed as Jordan Tax Services to easily identify, etc and that’s just not reasonable or too helpful. Not any workers fault though! Hope the company works on getting a new system that’s better for users and employees"

"Quite possibly the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have emailed them at least 10 times, called them about 20, to fix a mistake they made on my account, this has been going on for almost a year! The people that answer the phones are nice, but they all say "you need to speak with (insert name), I will transfer you" Well (insert name) never seems to answer their phone, I leave a message, and crickets... I don't know who owns or runs this organization, but just absolute unprofessionalism. If google would let me give zero stars, I would. Called again today, 09/15/23, as usual, get transferred to a supervisor who must never be there as the transfer immediately goes to Voicemail. As always, left my return phone number, will post again if they actually call me back. Situation is approaching 3 years now!"

"These people are the most incompetent, unorganized group I have ever dealt with. I paid my yearly storm water fee THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE and 9 months later (yes, 9 months), they sent me a letter saying it was not paid. When I contacted them and said that it was and I could forward the confirmation email that they sent me, they replied with "we need to see a canceled check." Again, I paid through their website so I don't have a canceled check. It took them WEEKS to "resolve" the issue and finally tell me it was fixed. IT WAS NOT! Months later, I received another letter saying that they were going to put a lien on my house due to non-payment. After several more phone calls and emails and me insisting on have a written statement that my bill was in fact paid, the issue was finally resolved. Adding salt to the wound, a year had now passed and now the next payment was due. This company needs a complete overhaul."
