"this has got to be the worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with. Firstly, the health provider group that I deal with requires the pharmacy to fax over a request for any prescriptions that need refilled - I fight MONTHLY trying to explain this to them. Now, I do use the automated refill as often as I can but sometimes, that doesn't work. Secondly, trying to get ANYONE to ever answer the phone is next to impossible, then try to ask them to help with anything - forget it. It's a constant wait when you're there, you never can reach anyone via phone and if you do, they put you back on hold - 5-22 minutes later, the person that drew the short straw is now upset because you're bothering them. I've tried to be patient for 6 months now. Forget it. I'll go down the street to CVS and be less frustrated and they probably will act as though they appreciate my business."
