"I ate breakfast there twice. The first time, the food was excellent and the waitress was very attentive. I sat at the counter, and within a minute she had greeted me and given me coffee. I had hash and eggs and it was very good. Since I'd had that experience, I decided to return the following week when I was passing back through Moundsville. It was a completely opposite experience. Again, I sat at the counter, and neither waitress paid any attention to me for over two minutes; but, they had plenty of time to discuss the shoes that one of them was wearing. The food was edible, but it must have been a different cook, because it just didn't compare with the first visit. I guess I'd have to say they lack consistency, but again, that was based on only two visits."
