"I use to enjoy coming here, but now it seems they never have what you want as well as ignorant staff (not all). If your looking for hot food and good service taco bell by khols is the better option. It's just a shame, hopefully something changes soon."

After we got our food we realized we might as well went to Quaker steak and lube... We'd have spent roughly the same amount but for much better meals."

Had to ask 3 times about my order I was told that I could wait for my order while they filled drive thru orders. Waited 25 mins before they even made it. Then order was wrong not even what I ordered. Worse service at the East State Street Taco bell. Sent the Taco Bell corporate office a email about the service and not even getting the right food."

"I wish I can give this place a zero! Worst attitudes ever! I come back after my meal was messed up, and the person who cooks the food made a comment by saying “here goes this ……. Again” I get a attitude from the manager, she says “the only reason I will have them remake your food is because I am nice”. And then they would not give me my receipt. A drunk man came in there trying to take sugar? This place is so ratchet!!! DO NOT GO‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️"
