"Yesterday, during a lengthy transaction, my family member was refused access to the restroom. She was told to go to a shopping center around the corner instead, where she made an unwanted purchase at a store. Afterward, I read a review posted seven months ago by CB92, describing a similar experience. Although the bank's "owner" responded with an apology, apparently the discourteous policy has not been changed. This was my first visit to the branch and I will not return."

"I was in there for awhile, ended up having to use the ladies room. They said the bathroom was for employees only and that I could go to the restaurant next door. I have NEVER been a client, of a bank and I am a longtime client, and been refused access to a ladies room. To suggest I go to a restaurant that I am not eating at is totally unacceptable!"
