"I felt guilty making this review at first but at the sight of the other fellow 1 star reviews, why hold back? I just entered the store to place a touch screen order after leaving this morning because I was waiting 9 minutes as the only car in line for the drive through (at 8:04am) before anyone took my order. I pulled around to the first window as I was curious if anyone was even there, and a woman was seemingly asleep against the wall. When I arrived to give it a second chance today, the manager was pulling a very nice young man off the shift early to show him some footage in the lobby, of making customers’ orders without gloves, mentioning returning from smoke breaks without washing his hands. The footage, and the conversation with the employee, were within eyeshot and earshot of myself as I was trying to utilize the touch screen since nobody would take my order. Just don’t go here."

"The morning crew is TOP NOTCH! There's a dependable, morning crew getting our coffees and breakfast. So what if once in a while we wait a few extra minutes for pancakes, didn't have to cook at home! Morning crew is the best in all Wheeling."

"The store appears to be fairly new or at least recently renovated. The restrooms are small with only one occupant at a time and the men's room was filthy. A stuffed toilet and dirty water all over the sink. The only thing we ordered were fries and a drink and the fries were old and cold."
