"I had a mobile order, saw they were busy so I sat and waited for them to put it in the mobile order station. I waited 20 minutes. Walked up to the counter and said I have a mobile order. They had it sitting behind them on top of their toaster. They also missed an entire meal. Them forgetting things in my group orders isn't anything new. But I would like a box for the boxed meals. The food has also gone downhill. I don't think it's fresh or just not prepared right."
