Panera Bread

"Ridiculous experience at this location, My Husband and I were eating at this location and after about 5 minutes of sitting down and eating a staff member that I was told is the Baker decided to go out and smoke and leave the door right next to our table cracked BTW it was a Freezing 18 Degrees outside, so I asked a staff member if they could please close the door because we were freezing and she proceeded to say that their baker was outside smoking and we could move to the other side of the restaurant if we wanted to. Completely ridiculous!!! We packed up our food and left. Do not come here staff is nasty, Rude and inconsiderate! Worst service ever will never be coming back to this location"

"Very pricey for the quality and quantity. This is a brand issue and not necessarily the location. Staff seemed annoyed and didn't even greet us. They just stared at us until I started my order."

"I went to Panera tonight for a quick meal, which it was not. When I checked the order once I got to the car, they gave me a salad instead of the sandwich I ordered. So, I went back inside to get the sandwich. The staff was very polite and corrected the mistake. After I got home and sat down to eat and to give my son his food, I saw that his mac n cheese was actually broccoli mac n cheese. Two bites into my chicken sandwich I realized there was no chicken on it. So basically the entire order was incorrect. I am very disappointed. I mean how do you forget to put chicken on a chicken sandwich?!"

"Every time we visit this particular location, we leave unsatisfied. The cup of soup was barely half full.. there was barely any steak on the steak sandwich and maybe a tablespoon worth of shredded chicken on my frontaga chicken sandwich.. This seems to be the case each time."

"Quite possibly the cleanest Panera I’ve been in, and there have been MANY! Everyone I interacted with was very kind and helpful. They had cane syrup out at the tea so another kudos."
