"I recently tried to attend an appt at Dr. Facchiano's office, which ended miserably. But wait! That 5-star rating isn't an error! The reason was my new insurance company, and Dr. Facchiano's office did everything they could to fix the problem, to address my concerns, and to make sure I wouldn't have to pay out of pocket. While her assistant jumped through hoops trying to contact my carrier, the doctor was extremely personable and knowledgeable and basically said and did all the right things. Then, when it turned out there was no way to resolve the insurance matter, they insisted on not making me pay for an appointment or for the X-rays that had already been taken before they discovered the problem. I never got my teeth cleaned, (thanks Delta Care,) and sadly Facchiano's office is not on my plan, but if I can't use her office myself, the least I can do is recommend her for everyone else."
