"I am very disappointed with the lack of commitment from Dr Cruz to his patients. By reading the previous review I see a bad pattern on Dr. Cruz. He grossly cancelled twice on me. At the beginning he was very helpful with preparing a bridge (which final color was brighter from what I requested) covered by my insurance plus a good amount of cash on my end. Then for a filling which probably wont give him much revenue....he cancelled twice on me. The first time that he cancelled, his assistants didnt care to reach out to me on a proper way.I' ve found about it at arriving to his clinic, that he had an emergency just minutes before . btw I traveled out of the country and by the time I came back I was committed to respect my appointment, a day wasted, no filling no cure. But I reasoned he could had have an emergeny so I re-schedule for a different date, this time they called me when I was arriving at the clinic to tell me that Dr Cruz just left and with another excuse. That was bad., Having a wife with spina bifeda I had to cancel our trip plans . Me being on time ,this Dr. didnt care to send a letter or email aplogizing for not being there..He has a license to honor an he should follow the rules. Her nurse or assistant said that I can re-schedule or choose another dentist. That is a red flag that his excuses were invention. I wont recommend him, to anyone , I am reporting it to my insurance and to the BBB, I deserve an apology for such waste of time, energy, money and stress."

"I was a patient of Dr Cruz. He cancelled my cleaning appointment and I was told he would not take care of my teeth without explanation. I had a molar tooth that he told me had a cavity but he would do nothing about it because the amalgam filling was large Every time I went for a teeth cleaning every six months he told me I had that cavity but it didn't look as it was getting bigger. A month ago that tooth cracked in half and the amalgam filling ell out . Now I have the facing of that tooth and the prognosis for that tooth is not good even though the tooth inside the gum is healthy and no root canal was needed. I saw Dr Bjrns about another tooth for a consult and he told me that he has heard from another x-patient that Dr Cruz does not like to drill. I do not recommend this dentist. He had no treatment plan for me. He should have referred me to another dentist to take care of that cavity and saved my tooth. This service borders on negligence on the part of the dentist. "Dr Cruz and his team are my favorite people when it comes to my teeth. I’m very nervous when it comes to my teeth cause they haven’t always been the greatest but from the moment I walked in the door they made me feel comfortable they worked with me were patient with me and showed amazing perseverance after I made a last minute request on something and wanted to switch up. Not only did Dr Cruz get it done he and his team displayed amazing customer service for an amazingly fair price . I highly recommend everyone going to see Dr Cruz. they go the extra smile ;) thanks again guys . Will see y’all June 20th!!!"
