"I had an awful experience First, it took half an hour before being seen. After being shuffled to another room they put numbing agents on my gums for the injection but I still waited close to two hours before getting local anesthesia. I finally had to go the front office to complain about what was happening and after getting the local anesthesia I never received the nitrous gas that I was told I would be getting and had requested. Even though I put my hand up to stop him. He interrupted and said “I’m almost done” and yanked my tooth out. Either he was trying to rush me, or he had it in for me it was the worst, pain I’ve ever had. He even tried to argue with me stating that that there are no nerves down there since a root canal was previously done. I have a follow up for an implant but I’m truly afraid to go to see them again due to the lack of empathy and ability to listen to the patient."

"Today, Dr. Michael A. Sommer, DDS, extracted one of my teeth and placed an implant. Being sensitive to pain, even as a 50+ man, I was nervous. However, he explained everything and put me at ease. His staff worked well with him and the procedure was seamless. I still cannot believe that it went that well and that it was that fast. "The idea of an implant initially caused me some anxiety. But my experience with Dr. Wallis was very good. He answered all of my questions and let me know that while this can cause some anxiety it’s really not a difficult procedure for me, and that it would not be that recovery would not be difficult either. The nurses were phenomenal. They reassured me that everything would go well so not to worry. In the end they were right. I had one extraction with Dr Wallis and this implant was the second half of the overall procedure to replace the extracted tooth. I’m glad I was in such capable hands."

"First, the waiting room is very cozy and calming, I love it. All the staff I interacted with for both appointments were great. The place runs very efficiently. They took me back on time, hooked me up to stuff, and started the IV. That's all I remember. They gave me scripts and after-care instructions and I was preparing for the worst pain, but the Novocain is completely worn off and the level of pain is completely tolerable. It's been 5.5 hours after the procedure and I'm doing way better than I thought I would. I'll recommend this place to everyone!"
