"Dr : spend more time with your patients instead of writing very long reply with always the same slogan : False accusations blablabla. Just take care of your patients correctly. Just look at the facts and pictures. Dr answered by sending back your medical file. Crown was done by Mollock in May 2022. March,2023, the crown fell. I am still working on it bc of his mess. No need to say that the billing part is suspicious. They announced $832 as noted by me the day of the quote and they say that your insurance will refund you the premium price which isn't true. I wanted to check before signing but they said no need they just called to confirm. A scam well prepared. I paid twice the price at the end: $1615 out of pocket. In total, with the implant (now needed) it cost me more than $5000 out of pocket. Very concerned that such practices are allowed in PA. Édit : before reading his reply, note that THEY sent me back my medical report without notice. I even didn't state all their mistakes : unknowledgeable assistance who removed my existing crown by applying an inappropriate tooth impression. I saved it unexpectedly saying Let me see your impression. She said that I came with a hole and wanted to get rid of it. A team of amateurs. Be very careful."
