"Go to Yelp for actual reviews. Do not waste your time and money at this dentist. The dentists at this practice are incredibly rude, unprofessional, and unwilling or budge with their ego. They are unwilling to admit when they make a mistake and instead, ALWAYS deflect blame. Dr Greenberg snapped at me because he filled in my cavity and didn’t shave off enough of the excess and i mentioned my bite was off. He kept saying it was fine and that he’s the professional—well I went back days later and another dentist fixed it. Figures. They also messed up my mom’s crown. The receptionist is bizarre and too personal, getting in your business to offer advice. The office vibes are so weird it’s like what I expect aliens to act like if it’s their first day on earth pretending to be humans. These dentists need to be seriously ego checked and shut down before they ruin more people’s mouths."
"As always, the staff at Villanova Dental is wonderful. They make the clients as comfortable as is possible for the client. The work they do is exemplary. I went for a cleaning and my teeth never felt or looked so good when they were finished. Whenever I enter their office, they always greet me as if I was a family member. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his entire staff if you want a very positive office visit and dental care like no other dentist I’ve ever gone to."
