"I went to Pocomoke,MD restaurant the past 2 days and was told they are doing a software update and can't take orders. I placed my order with the app today and was charged for my order and again was told when I got to the restaurant that they were doing a software update and couldn't sell food. I can't cancel the order in the app and the restaurant was no help canceling the order. I drive 30 minutes out of my way to come to McDonald's and was not able to get breakfast again or a refund on today's order."

"Very fast service either drive through or dine in. One of the very few places where cleanliness is at top level. Even food trays are wiped with spray and then dried with another dry cloth. Thank you for keeping everyone safe and healthy. Good job management."
