"You are looking at a woman who is totally terrified of dentists, caused by many bad experiences when I was young! I broke a tooth and knew I had no choice but to bite the bullet and get it fixed! I asked a friend where I should go and this is where she led me. I had a panic attack before going and did not sleep the night before. Let me tell you that from the moment I opened the door and stepped inside I saw welcoming staff that immediately assured me that I was in good hands. The front desk staff was actually treating me like a person and not just a name on a chart! I was surprised...still terrified but comforted. I met Dr. Parsons and was immediately struck by his relaxed and friendly manner. He immediately put me at ease and was very reassuring and supportive. Nothing like I had ever experienced before! He fixed the broken tooth before I realized it was finished! It was the BEST experience I have ever had! Pain?? What pain?? There was none! I was shocked! Went back in today and the same result! I finally feel like I can handle getting my dental health back on track! I recommend them to a friend, Michelle, who broke her front tooth and is more afraid then I was. She went in two days ago and had Dr. Clark. She called me raving about her happy experience and is actually looking forward to going back next week to get other maintenance started! Unbelievable!! The office decor is pleasant and clean. The furniture is inviting and comfortable. But best of all is the staff - everyone from the receptionist to the dentists.
