"Love Bethlehem Smiles. I do not like dentists. I have a fear since breaking my jaw. However, Dr. Owens is spectacular!!! No judgement, she only has solutions. Never makes you feel any sort of way. We moved, but I am thinking of still commuting just to remain a patient here."

"I don't know how they got a rating as high as shown. The care is good, I loved my hygienist. But when I retired and lost my dental coverage (Delta) I asked what private dental insurance I should get. They suggested Delta again, so I got a private, individual Delta plan. But it turns out they do NOT participate in the type of plan I got and do not accept the Delta payment as "in full'. I get letters from Delta Dental telling me I can save more $ by going to a participating practice. I asked Dr. Owens if we could work out an arrangement. She lectured me like I was a child about the high cost of their superior care, and offered no concessions regarding price. And Lynn, the Office Manager, is just plain surly at the slightest perceived slight. I found another practice that accepts my Delta plan, and the dentists all went to Ivy League schools - DMDs, It's a larger practice and has several excellent hygienists. I won't go back to Bethlehem Smiles."

"The people are nice and they do a good job. I just don't understand why they keep changing how they collect my out of pocket charges. After the first visit, they sent me the bill within a couple weeks with the option to pay online. After the second visit, it took a couple months to get the bill and I couldn't pay online. After the third visit, they made me pay right then and there. Maybe it has something to do with my insurance company. I don't know, but I wish they were more consistent with the billing, so that I would know what to expect."
