Reviews of CCCSMD
"You can do yourself what they do for you, they charge monthly maintenance fees on top of the money you have to send in to pay your debts it's a scam and they are taking advantage of the consumer. Don't do it, those accounts will be sitting their while they read a script and then when you get sued your dumbfounded"
"I've learned first-hand that the main goal of CCCSMD is to help, support, and educate. Their financial advocates, customer service representatives, and everyone on their team are kind, compassionate, knowledgeable, caring, patient, and more. They don't judge you if you come to them with a negative situation. They are here to help, in any way they can. They aren't in this to make a profit – they're in it for you, for your life, for your future, and to make a positive and lasting impact for the better. I have had the pleasure of working with CCCSMD on a debt program and it's completely life changing. The support they provide is unparalleled and I hope anyone who is in need of help will contact CCCSMD and discover the amazing things they can do. Thank you for everything!"
"We have been doing business with CCCSMD for over four years now and it has been an incredibly rewarding relationship. We have enjoyed helping them grow their content and social media presence and everyone we have gotten to work with at the company is kind, trustworthy and passionate about the work they do. We love spreading the word about the high quality, FREE counseling and education they offer to help people improve their financial and housing stability. We hope our relationship with them lasts well into the future!"
"CCCSMD did not get off to a good start with me. I made an appointment the week before for the next Friday at 3:30 in the afternoon. When it came to the day and time of the appointment, I received no call or email to let me know that she would be late calling me. I finally called when I didn't receive a call after almost 40 minutes after my appointment time. When I called to reschedule; the woman who answered the phone stated that she was "just about to call me" because the initial counselor's last appointment ran over and she thought my appointment was at 4:00 pm instead of 3:30 pm. I called CCCSMD at 4:09 and found out this information, because no one contacted me to state they were running late or needed to reschedule. When it comes to places like this where I will be handling important and sensitive business; I expect professionalism and good communication from the staff. Unfortunately I did not get this from the first impression."
"The most robotic impersonal approach I’ve ever experienced. The lady was reading her scripts and that’s about it. At the end of the day I didn’t get any new information she just told me how much I owe and what my monthly payments are with my creditors. Thank you I knew that already. I asked what exactly do they do because again- I know my payments and all and that’s not the problem. She preceded to tell me that some creditors won’t work with customers and that’s when they come in. Which is inaccurate at least in my case (and anybody I’ve ever heard of) because creditors offer all sorts of solutions without any involvement from a third party. At the end of the day it was time wasted and 30 minutes for that matter. Pre qualification should be much better instead of asking a million irrelevant questions ask a few to determine if this is a good fit and don’t waste people’s time. Ex. : asking about gambling I never gambled but the lady had to read of her script all types of gambling (lottery tickets dog fights and a whole bunch more)"
