"Fast, easy, friendly, and helpful— pretty much everything you'd hope for in a pharmacy. I've been getting some specialty dermatological products from Towne for a couple years now, they just ship everything right to my house. It's about as low-hassle as it gets, I can see why my dermatologist recommends them."

"Had purchased eye drops for having cataract surgery both eyes done. The drops which were extremely expensive even having great insurance. Out of the four different types they supplied, the one ran out after 7 to 10drops were used. The pharmacist first said you probably used too much but none of the other bottles were short just the most expensive then she said its the manufacturer responsibility.Asked for the manufacturer name and phone number. So i call the manufacturer but the number was disconnected. They're not helping. Stay away from ths place its a rip off."

"This store has been terrific all through Covid. They should be recognized as being heroes during this difficult time. Even with the second wave they made it the easiest to get a PCR test and it’s very appreciated. I came from the South Hills to get this test and no places made it easier and more convenient great job"

"I only gave them a one because giving 0 stars is not an option. I only used them because my doctor uses them and said they were cheaper than anyone else. This was my second prescription from there. The first cost me $10. No big deal. But when they charged me $45 for the next one which was the same medication as the first only the dosage was a lot lower I asked why and was told because the dosage was different. When I stated that the dosage was a lot lower she told me that it was a different drug. It's NOT different, same exact drug just a much lower dosage. Well after some research I found that I could have gotten it at giant eagle for $24.47, CVS for $14.26, target for $14.36, Walgreens for $15.16. EVERYONE is cheaper than this place. To someone on social security $31.00 is a big deal. Also I emailed them and they have never responded. Nice way to run a business. Needless to say I will be going to Target or CVS in the future and will be informing my doctor of what a RIP-off this place is. I'm sure he'll be very surprised since he is very price conscious when prescribing medications. Will never go to this place ever again."
