"Really poor communication, pharmacists couldn't tell me basic things like how long the wait would be. I was trying to fill a prescription and basically waited in the store for 30 minutes with limited information from the staff. I would have been fine to go somewhere else, but they just told me to wait without telling me how long. It felt like a massive waste of my time. The pharmacy seems fairly frazzled and unable to communicate incredibly simple details to me..."
