"I got issued what I thought was an incorrect interest statement for the tax year (it's actually correct), so I called the Customer Service and got an interesting explanation, which is actually beneficial for those who are into taxes like I am: they credit the previous month's interest to the next month's on the first of the month. Therefore, for this credit union, one will always know their full year's interest for tax purposes in early December instead of others that you wait for January to know December's interest (it has to do with the posting date in parentheses they use). Therefore, this helps if you want to try to get as close to breaking even as possible at tax time by paying exact taxes during a current year."

"I walked in at 10:01 to get a new debit card printed out. It took them 40 mins and me inquiring twice before they decided to help me. Remind you two other customers walked in after me and got served before me. Navy federal would have never!!"

"I'm a member of another credit union came in today was nicely greeted and showed how everything works. The teller system is interesting but that's what the bank has a drive through system inside, guess for security. I'm new so took a minute. My transaction was quick and the teller was nice asking what I wanted. I didn't have a chance to say thank you because the screen was black after transaction. Wish the limit was more than $1,000 for withdraw. Everyone was nice."

"Worst credit union. We have had auto pay for a home equity loan and they misapplied the AUTOMATIC payment and put the funds in an account we no longer use BUT ARE REQUIRED to keep open then had the nerve to mark us LATE and they had the funds all along. Our credit scores dropped and to make matters even worse they’re still taking our payments but NOT reporting them so now to potential lenders, it looks like the loan is in DEFAULT!!! Do not give them your business, they are in the Stone Age and won’t fix the problems they cause they only make them worse!!!"
