"I got blown off by two of south river employees. Charles and then by a manager called Elliot, whom said he could help me. Unfortunately, both of the employees didn't have the common curiosity to call me back. The customer service by your employees just isn't there. I will be reaching out to the bbb and many of the social media sites to complain about the poor quality of service that your company gives. Maryellen Sparrow"

"Would give zero. I TOLD these people that my home is a cat sanctuary (legally!) and that I've been told by several other companies they cannot refi or reverse mortgage because of that. Charles insisted he could get it done. He continued to pester me, made me take and pay for a counseling session over the phone. This has been going on now for about a month. Now he won't even tell me what the appraiser put the house at! Smoke and mirrors. Wasted my time, got my hopes up, and now today tells me that he cannot do it. yeah, I'm only out the $145 for the counseling waste of time (and who can afford to throw away even $145), but I had my hopes up and he kept telling me it would get done. I'm very depressed now. So disgusted."

They were quick to reply to your questions, but always offering a patient and detailed reply. My loan officer was Andrew Alderfer, and at every stage of the application process this gentleman was so prompt, professional, considerate, hardworking and diligent. It was amazing, and eliminated the anxieties of applying for something. He always answered ALL questions, and was so patient in educating me, reviewing ALL my options with me and following through to help me with ANYTHING I needed for the application. This company was truly great in their protocol—-And the loan officer I received was the most proficient and nicest professional individual I have ever worked with.
