"This place is ran by sloths. I've never seen people move so slow at a job they applied for. I mean 35 mins in line with one person in front of me. I mean one person. I swear this branch need better workers or management. Period"

"I don’t suggest anyone to go here I would rate them 0 stars if I could the customer service is not existent and poor attitude. They don’t want to work and there are no workers at the front. The slowest and most unprofessional bank I have ever been to. Please stay away unless you want to waist your time coming here. They should close down if they’re not going to give proper service and turn everyone away!"

"I arrived at the bank at 11:10am and was third in line. I walked out at 11:45am. This is the SLOWEST branch I’ve ever had to visited. At this point they need to be investigated for mismanagement. There were only two attendants working and three other attendants were standing idly not doing anything. This branch is an extreme inconvenience and a disgrace to the other branches that actually provide a prompt service. Thank goodness I was only visiting this branch and it’s not my local branch. The actual residents of this area should call and complain."

"Came here to open an account. Waited for 10 mins, was then told by Wale we couldn't because they will be closing in 10 mins. Unprofessional and lazy. Good job losing a customer, the worst branch and bank I've been to."

"This is nothing against the particular branch, they are actually very good and always help me especially the manger. My problem is with the actual company ever since the merger my account has been messing up constantly. Transaction log not updated weekly, 1 hour wait to talk to someone and zelle payments taking 2 weeks to hit my account .... this is annoying. I’m definitely closing my account this week because it is annoying. You guys were a great company before this merger"
