"Opened a bank account in January 2020. Worked with the branch manager. Was told the next day that I could not keep the account because I was not incorporated in MD. But they knew that before I opened the account. It is three months later and they only sent me a bank statement showing zero balance (after they debited my initial deposit) but have not refunded my deposit yet. And three months later, they still have not responded to my complaint that I made with the bank regulator. I think this bank is from the caveman days and lacks basic sophistication needed to be a bank."
"Great people here. The bank itself is a little behind the times on technology but much nicer to deal with than the large national chains. Hours are decent and the drive up window is nice to use. Tellers are knowledgeable and personable."
