"Been coming here for years, it’s always hit or miss. The staff is always changing up. Today 2/5/24 I get a call short and rude that the dentist that did take my insurance and only seeing patients on Thursday’s no longer works there and the office will no longer be taking my insurance. This is 2 days before my routine cleaning and 3 visits after the dentist Dr. Perez did a temporary fix on my teeth and 4 visits ago from being told I needed a filling. I’ll be in touch with my insurance to get a new dentist and to file a complaint."

"office made me pay upfront for covered procedure due to medicaid insurance payments being behind on their bills. I was told I would be reimbursed in a few weeks. Well its been 3 months"

"This place is a complete joke. Every time I came here the wait was extremely long for a clean and I’m not the only person that had this problem. My husband just got called into work today which was my appointment day I didn’t have a car so I had to cancel last minute I also have a baby and couldn’t wait that long. The lady was extremely rude over the phone told me I had to pay their not getting any of my money life happens I canceled other appointments at doctors and didn’t have to pay. I was supposed to be seen MONTHS ago and they canceled TWICE because the dentist wasn’t in….. you guys aren’t getting a dime from me when you guys canceled on me months ago."

"Horrible staff and experience. I was seen one then told they no longer accept my insurance. To matters worse I need a referral for extraction and I was refused the referral because the dentist falsified all his documentation. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE excuse for a dentist! The staff needs to be educated as well"

"Never scheduling with this dentistry again, I had a fine experience the first few times and even got my wisdom teeth extraction here, but I scheduled a routine cleaning in December (6 months ago) for June, and got a call just a few days before that the patients before me had canceled and that if I didn't reschedule to the morning that they would cancel my appointment. I had work that morning so I wasn't able to reschedule so they canceled my appointment. Very unprofessional considering I scheduled that appointment 6 months prior and had arranged my work/life around it. Not coming back."
