"Worst bank ever. They failed to send an updated debit card when the one I had was about to expire so they said the only option was to give me a new card with completely new account number.Then they couldn’t get that card to work consistently. I had trouble with my cash apps, regular purchases etc I went to Havre de Grace branch for help and the young man working there had absolutely no clue what he was doing and behaved like he couldn’t care less. He told me the only way to fix the situation was to give me yet another new card with another completely new account number. I’d been with APGFCU for over a decade, but that was the last straw for me. I got so frustrated I closed my account on the spot."

"I use APGFCU for personal and business banking. Staff is typically friendly and over all my experience has been acceptable. I also appreciate their involvement in the local community! I do think there are some areas for improvement on the customer experience side, especially as it relates to the website & app and process for cards left in the ATM."

"Frustration is your interest payment if u are foolish enough to do business with Apgfcu. Bought a car in 2020 and had it financed through Apgfcu. Somehow my original Auto draft for the monthly car payment never went into effect So as I’m checking my balances I keep waiting for the draft Nope Call, wait an hour to find out they have no record and my car payment is late They say they’ll mail another Auto draft authorization So I show up to the branch to pay in person but the Lobby is closed due to Covid The drive thru line snakes out to rt 40 Ok it’s Covid , nobody’s fault , whatever Show up Saturday an hour before opening , there are already 4 cars waiting Ok no biggie Except nobody told me that unlike PNC or Fulton bank or pretty much ANY OTHER BANK , at APGfcu each car is a MINIMUM of 15 min Pay my payment a full 2+ hrs after I pulled up 2nd month rolls around still no auto draft Call, wait on the phone another hour , representatives tell me “ well , the mail is slow and it takes awhile to process, safest just to pay it in person this month” Another 2+ hrs in drive thru bc I don’t want a late payment on my credit let alone a repo Finally 3 months after I bought the car the auto draft becomes effective I swear NEVER AGAIN to need to do business there Used the Apg credit card I took out before I knew what a hassle the place was Download the app Even though the password is stored on my phone , their app is saying incorrect password When I call my wait time is 50+ minutes I’m physically going there to pay the small balance on that card before I cut it in half My credit score is above 800 I don’t need the aggravation anymore If ur reading this you probably are already involved with this circus of a bank If somehow ur not already dealing with them , RUN DONT WALK TO ANOTHER BANK Oh and don’t bother responding to this review Too little too late I have spent hours of my life I’ll never get back just dealing with simple everyday transactions with Apgfcu I’m done"

"If I could give 0 stars I would! This place has been extremely disappointing! The branch manager is very impolite and not customer oriented by any means, which also trickles down to the rest of the staff, which has no customer service skills! After watching my co worker jump through hoops and still get nowhere, I will never bank with APG, and will steer everyone I know to stay away from this horrible credit union!"

"This place is a joke. They take their good old time..at least ten minutes per customer at the drive thru. I spend one hour each month just trying to pay my truck payment. I wonder how many thousands of gallons of fuel are wasted per month waiting in these ridiculous lines."
