"Things Have Changed!!! I have been a patient of the office for Several years. I know things have changed since losing the Fountain Court location but I developed a lot of pain in my one tooth over the Holiday and called today to be seen and set up an appointment. About two hours later I received a call back and Brooke stated she could get me in for a cleaning but I could not make an appointment to be seen by the Dr. until March. I stated to Brooke that is a Borderline Emergency and I would like to be seen rather than set up for a cleaning. She turned condescending and said I’m returning your call. Yes Brooke that’s part of the Job isn’t it??? I then got put on the phone with Jessica who was nice enough but the same thing I have nothing available but I can get you in for a cleaning today. I can’t even eat or drink I’m in so much pain , What makes them think I want a Cleaning done at this Time? It’s a total Joke! Stacy is the best thing happening in that office, Looks Like I will be calling Aspen Dental Maybe they can get me in Before March???"

"I’ve been meaning to write this review for a bit, and then sadly this office was caught in the fire at Fountain Court plaza reminded me. (I know they already have plans to relocate). Anywho, this dentistry has saved my teeth from a lot of teeth problems I’ve accumulated over the years and I wish I found them sooner as they’re one of the only ones who accept my insurance in the area. I can’t speak for the other dentists here, as I only had Dr. Barber, but he completely fixed my cracked/broken teeth with a filling and somehow made them look white. As well as fillings on other teeth I needed fixed. It’s like I almost have a brand new set of teeth. Very professional and nice guy and broke up my treatment plan to get everything done in about 2 months of time. Highly would recommend. Also all the dental hygienists as well as the ladies at the front desk have been extremely helpful during my treatment plan. I hope they return to a new location soon so I can continue being a satisfied patient!"

"The only good thing about Fountain Court burning down is that there's been a stop put to the torture inflicted by Dr Terrery. Everything this guy touches falls apart. It makes great business sense for him, considering that he charges you twice to complete the job successfully. I haven't seen him in almost 20 years, but I'm still paying to repair the damage he's done. He does fillings without contouring them. This means that when you brush and floss, you're not removing everything from the tooth. This leads to food being stuck in areas you can't clean, and results in bacteria and eventually decay. His bedside manner is second only to a Not See working a concentration camp. Seriously, you're paying him to do a job and he makes everything sound like it's a pain for him to take care of. The guy is lazy and completely incompetent. I understand that there's limited choices for dental care in the Poconos, but go literally anywhere else. Go ask one of your neighbors to perform dental work on you.... I guarantee it will go better than dealing with this guy."

"As much as the dentist is quick he is efficient. I see that people have said he has no bedside manor. I would have to disagree. I have insane anxiety at the dentist where even a cleaning sends me into a rollercoaster of emotions. I am crying the whole time from walking in to running out. He was patient and kind. He spoke calmly and kept telling me I was doing great. I would recommend him to anyone. I'm not there to have a conversation. Thank you for helping me."
