"The manager was rude and hung up the phone in my face. She declined my application and said that I was not bringing in enough income and she didn’t understand how I was paid. I am a teacher who makes a good salary. I had the manager on the phone with my district’s hr department so my school district can explain how we were paid. The manager still didn’t understand, declined my application, and hung the phone up in my face. I am grateful they declined me because the interest of the loan was over 30 percent. I am happy that I received bad service bc this was a good sign not to get a loan with those people."
