"If you want to call 6 times during business hours and then leave 2 voicemails because a human doesn’t answer the phone, this dentist office is for you! Then after leaving 2 voicemails about having a major toothache, still no one returns your call from this office, then again, this dentist office is for you! I never had to call a dentist during office hours with no one picking up the phone or returning a call. And I’m 63 years old. I was looking for another dentist because mine has sold her practice. Safe to say Rose dentistry will not be my new dentist!! I had recently set up an appointment with this office for December to have my teeth cleaned but obviously I’m not showing up for that! I found another dentist who took me in within 2 hours of my call and fixed me up. That’s the kind of customer care I was looking for. They will be my new dentist moving forward."

"The first few visits were amazing. Then it got down to losing my Invisalign trays multiple times. I wasn’t told the treatment plan beforehand, waited a few weeks for more trays just to be told I would have to file down my teeth again. Slightly disappointed for the money I put in and didn't get the rest of my trays…"

The dental centre is equipped with very high tech. equipment, knowledgeable and efficient staff, the dental centre is very beautifully set up with very impressive and comfortable waiting room, pictures, information leaflets. I was most impressed with the high level of cleanliness and everyone is supposed to wash hands and sanitize before moving to the chair for the process to start of dental care. It was first time that I came across a dental clinic that is great in every way. Thanks."
