"Terrible management. I was insulted by the pharmacy manager when I simply asked for compassion regarding my cancer medication and other life sustaining medicines I take. She indicated that there was some kind of record saying I was always combative with the employees there - her exact words! Unbelievable. Obviously false. I merely have pointed out poor service at times. About 20 years of medicine and I was “always combative”? When I identify her name I will somehow post it here again, even if cryptically."

"I’ve been going to this pharmacy for a while and I have mixed feelings. My last experience though really took the cake. A few days ago I called to refill my script and the lady on the phone said it would be ready for me to pickup in an hour or two. Great! After an hour or so I get there and the man at the desk tells me I can’t pick up my refill for another three days…. Such a waste of time and gas to drive out there for nothing. Why did the lady on the phone tell me it was okay to pick up in a few hours?!"

"I have mixed feelings about this pharmacy. They are conveniently located inside my local Giant Eagle and staff is usually very accommodating and pleasant. I always request a certain brand of medication and they always end up giving me the wrong brand and having to swap it out, every single time. It’s quite frustrating and time consuming and I’ve considered switching pharmacies because of this issue. What keeps me coming back is that the staff at this location is very kind and discounts your copays when there is an issue. It appears as though they have great staff but with a less than competent computer system that holds them back. If you’re filling something simple though, this is a great place to go. If you need a specific brand of medication, I would seek another pharmacy. Overall: it’s okay."

"The pharmacy always does a great job in my experience. They text me to let me know that scripts are ready and they send a request to refill scripts to my doctor when needed. They are always as quick as they can possibly be with filling scripts and helpful with any questions I have."

"Always a long line and half the time your script isn’t even ready once you get to the front of that line. Over priced and incompetent. I recommend having your scripts called into an actually drug store or anywhere else."
