Reviews
"They have a limited staff, so the workers there are doing their best. I think it’s important for everyone to remember, some things still take longer than you want. Have patience."
"You have to yell your personal info to them through big sheets of plexiglass. Annoying and intrusive. Many of the people who work in this pharmacy seem like they'd rather be somewhere else."
"I grew a full beard while waiting in the drive through. So slow too often. Step it up please. 25 minutes too long"
"I've had intermittent problems with this pharmacy but tonight was by far the worst experience. It took 45 minutes to get through 4 cars in the drive through. When it was finally my turn, I figured I'd be in and out in minutes. I quickly learned why it was taking over 10 minutes per car. The lady working the window was unable to find my daughter's prescription, despite us having a text that it was ready. I must have spelled my daughter's first and last name 10 times. Finally, the lady called over the pharmacist and he found the prescription immediately. I finally go to pay and the lady throws open the drawer into the side of my car. I put my cards back in, and in the course of her pulling the drawer shut the cards fell out and under my car. This can probably happen to anyone, but has never happened in my probably 50+ times of using this drive through. I had to crawl under my car to get my cards. No apology offered or anything. I then realized she was staring at me and possibly speaking (she had a mask on so I couldn't tell) without the microphone on. It ended up taking me 10 or 15 minutes to get one simple prescription once it was my turn, and 45+ minutes total. Why you would have someone working a drive through during the busiest time who cannot understand people and cannot communicate clearly is truly beyond me. Needless to say, we'll be going elsewhere from now on."
