"If I could give this place 1 star I definitely would! The so called branch manager “luis gaitan” over there is EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL, RUDE, HAS 0 ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. He was extremely disrespectful & rude towards us and WASN'T HELPFUL AT ALL!! I can’t believe that a company of this scale has individual as such working for them. He REALLY GIVE ONE MAIN A BAD NAME & A HORRIBLE LOOK. I guess OneMain should really do better screaning of their employees before they hire them. Because thanks to this so called “manager” I’m definitely not going to be proceeding with the loan option."

"I regret applied through onemain financial. The process is not that great forward. I applied it, since credit karma said "Congrats: your chance of approval is outstanding!" Credit HARD PULL, documents & documents. Poor customer service . After submitting all the necessary documents( Proof of full coverage Ins. -$1,000 max deductible Paystub Photo ID - Back in Color Photo ID - Front in Color Vehicle Registration) Application declined. what a waste of time. Go with other lenders. There are other vendors who have a better loan approval process."
