"Excellent practice. You get what you pay for. No rush cafeteria dentistry practiced here. Patients will drive hours for the service. You pay the costs up front and they will then submit to your dental plan provided you have out of network coverage and you'll get reimbursed."

"It's a shame. I was excited about finding a holistic dentist near me and made an appointment. I just called (5/22/23 10:58AM) to cancel my appointment (within the appropriate cancelation timeframe) & the receptionist says "wow, is there a reason?" I said "yes, a personal reason" She then mumbles something & proceeds to hang up the phone on me. I called back & said "I didn't hear what you said before you hung up". She says "I told the girl to take you out of the system. Nice attitude tho!" I'm not sure if she felt entitled to my personal business as to why I cancelled or what? The dentist may be great but I'll never know because thanks to the nasty, miserable receptionist, I will not be scheduling back with this office. People skills used to be a basic requirement for these kind of jobs...ridiculous!"

I hate having dental work done, but Dr. Lim made sure I was comfortable, and Elizabeth at the front desk couldn't have been more friendly, especially when she could tell I was nervous. "Dr. Lim is one of the BEST dentists that I have ever gone to. He is kind, very skilled, and cares about his patients. He always cares about the work performed and wants you to be satisfied with it. Even while he is working on your teeth he asks if you are ok. If you get an involved procedure done he calls to check on you. I've never had a dentist do that - only Dr. Lim. He always goes the extra mile and has a great staff!"
