IT WAS LIKE THEY HAD IT ALREADY SITTING OUT & JUST THREW IT IN A BAG & SOLD IT! THEY DONT CARE AT THIS LOCATION! I DEFINITELY WOULDN'T RECOMMEND! JUST GO TO THE ONE UP 235!"

"The past few times I've been here my order has been missing items, and cold. I say thank you to the person helping me and twice now they have closed the window without any type of you're welcome. They really need to retrain their staff on customer service."

"I am honestly fed up with this establishment. The longest wait time in a drive thru and they continuously get orders wrong. There is something seriously wrong with the orders getting from the person at the drive thru window to the cooks. Time after time after time they get orders wrong and serious lack of salt on the fries. Tonight marks the last time i ever go to this address again. Im done. Avoid this place if you have a choice."

"I order a Baconator and fries. What I received was one patty instead of two. One piece of bacon broken in half instead of 6 and a wad of mayo. And those were all the fries in the bag. I used the drive up window and was home before I realized (of course). This was not a mistaken order because there is nothing on the menu with one slice of bacon broken in half and a couple of fries. Nope. They just ripped me off. To make some use of this slop I shoveled off the glob of mayo, and fed the burger patty to the dog. This was really expensive dog food but it reminded me of a simple truth. Wendy's claims they have better food. They even have very clever and snarky frat boys who run their twitter feed, but the food is a hot mess and when they get a chance, they will rip you off."
