"DO NOT GO TO TRADITIONS BANK!!! People are already struggling. But if you overdraft too many times they shut off your card so you cant even pay your bills. Needless to say i shut down my account. Customer service ws very unhelpful to try to find a work around or a way to pay bills then proceeded to hang up on me. DO NOT GO TO TRADITIONS"

"I had a home a second home in Outer banks which had a high interest rate with another Big Name Bank. I asked the "Big Name Bank" if I could get a lower rate and they said it would not be a problem though I had to go through the loan application process again. Well after pulling all the information they wanted they denied my loan stating that since I am able to make current payments they would not offer a lower RATE. My credit score is 780. I went to Traditions bank and they simply made it too easy to finance the loan at a significant rate reduction. Since then I have all my accounts with them and they have been wonderful!"

Employees of this financial institution seem to forget about the end consumer. I’d recommend other local banks over this one."
