"After confirming that they took my insurance I went, despite the bad reviews. First thing that they did was take a bunch of X-rays and then tried rushing me into deciding what I wanted to do right there on the spot. Dentist kept mentioning how much stuff would be asking if I had someone willing to pay and front money for me. I said I would like to discuss it with my family and got the “I’m very busy man”. Now I just got a bill from insurance saying that the X-rays done weren’t even covered. Obviously they don’t care and just wanna rush through as many patients as possible for as many procedures as possible."

"Every person there is exceedingly professional. I was amazed at how quick and efficient the work was, as well as quality. Never have I ever had novacaine administered completely painlessly. Would recommend this place for anyone who has a lot of anxiety around dentists visits. You will be well cared for."

"I was going to Dr. Yao over twenty years ago. He was my favorite dentist ever. I moved and he moved. I recently found him again at Comfort. I am so happy! He is still my favorite dentist. It’s not even close. He pulled my tooth an hour ago. You don’t usually like your dentist after your tooth gets pulled, but I could not appreciate him more."

"The worth dentist I ever have I went to this office because his taking my insurance for my cleanings the Dentists don’t used floss for my cleaning. The cleaning felt rough and rushed. He is so fast to get me out because before he start saying you need crown change for couple thousand and deep cleaning for $$ he don’t want to do my cleaning because my insurance cover one a year and x rays but he wants to make more things and sending me for special to make more work I don’t feel he clean my teeth at all he did i nothing . I won't be coming back here.and I don’t recommend this place to anyone,,never go there"

"I scheduled a cleaning with them, telling them I’m 6 months pregnant and do not want any x rays done. They told me that they will put it in my notes for when I come in. When I went in, they tried to take me back for the X-ray. I told them that my OB advised against them for cleanings and I can come back in three months to get the exam done. The lady told me that’s fine and she’ll let the dentist know. I waited back in the waiting room and Dr. Yao came out to me and told me to get out. He said that I was wasting his time coming in for only a cleaning. He said that I should go back to my previous dentist if I wanted just that and proceeded to yell at me to the point I started crying. The ladies at the front desk were nice when I walked in, but stayed silent when this was happening which was very disappointing. Please do not bring him your business. He is very scary and condescending. I’ve been pregnant twice before and neither time did my previous dentist turn me away for my cleaning for refusing X-rays. He is just a horrible person and only cares about your money."
