"My mom is a diabetic, she had been trying to get her insulin filled for a week, everytime she called, she was told that a pharmacist needed to speak to her but was never transfered to a pharmacist nor did they ever call, this went on for almost a week. Finally my Dad called and spoke with them, they tried to tell him the same thing (that a pharmacist needed to speak to my mom), my Dad explained that my mom was diabetic and was almost out of insulin (very important), they told my dad that they could not fill the prescription until January. My dad asked why would we have to wait so long to get the insulin filled because the last time it was filled was November 18th (and was only given a 30 day supply), so why do we have to wait until January to have it filled ? They placed him on hold for a while and then told my dad that they had made a mistake when they filled her prescription back in November (they said they keyed in the wrong fill date in the computer back in November so they was showing that it wasnt ready to be filled yet). They did apologize about the mistake and told my dad that he could come pick it up within the hour (it was 5 PM Sunday and they close at 6 PM). My dad hurried up and jumped in the car to drive up there since they closed at 6 PM, it takes about 30 minutes to get there. When he arrived, they apologized again and said that they were out of insulin and could not fill the order. It would have been nice if they called and told us this after they said to come pick it up but they never even took the time to do that. So, 1 1/2 hours later, my dad shows back up at the house with no insulin. My parents are in their mid 70's, they do not deserve to be treated like this. My mom depends on her insulin when her sugar gets too high, what is she supposed to do when she doesnt have insulin? This is serious and could have killed my mom. Way too many mistakes and very unprofessional. I wish I knew who to complain to there to get something done. Walmart pharmacy has lost a customer, my parents will be getting their prescriptions filled somewhere else for now on. I feel like they should be reported to the FDA or something.."
"This is one of the easiest, prescription transfer, pharmacies I have ever dealt with! We travel for work and sometimes it's a hassle to get Rx transferred from one place to the other but this pharmacy was so smooth. They didn't act like it was an inconvenience to help me out at all! Thank you for being so kind and knowing your stuff."
"I was completely ignored yesterday while waiting at the drop off for a RX. Two people clearly saw and made eye contact with me but neither came to assist me. I waited for roughly 10 minutes trying to give the benefit of the doubt, but after neither had come over, they answered the phone twice and had a conversation between each other I left."
