"Been going here for about 4 years now. I was initially very impressed. The dentist and hygienists are really great. My issue is that when I call, I’m not getting the office in Gilbertsville, I’m getting some main office and the staff are just not good with scheduling. It’s extremely inconvenient appointment times, always needing to take off work to go. If I’m sick and cannot make an appointment the staff just schedules me to come back in a year. I just completely miss the 6 month visit and they say there’a nothing sooner. You get on in a cancelation list but it’s usually I will get a text saying there’s an appointment available in 2 hrs if you want it, and it’s always when I’m at work and at my job you cant just be like I’m going to leave in an hour, I have to schedule my time off in advance. Most recently, my crown that I got 2 years ago just came off and I need it put back on. They said the soonest available is in 10 days. I called back the next day to see if they can get me in any earlier, they called the office directly to check, told me the office wasn’t answering their phone and they’d call me back. It’s been over a day and no one has. I just feel like this place just don’t care about their patients, or at least not all of us. I’m looking for someplace new."

The moment i step foot inside the office Kara is prepared with the work that’ll be done at this visit, she confirms the information on file and breaks down everything in its entirety for me; she is very knowledgeable.
